TRUSTEEÕS NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on the 17th day of March, 2015, KEASHA DIXON AND CHRIS DIXON executed a Deed of Trust to THE JOHNSON GROUP, LLC, Beneficiary, John D. Mayo, Trustee, to secure a Promissory Note in the principal amount of FORTY FIVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT AND 49/100 ($45,458.49) DOLLARS as set out in the Deed of Trust aforesaid, which is of record in Book 2750, Page 355 the Chancery ClerkÕs Office of Lauderdale County, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, and THE JOHNSON GROUP, LLC being the owner and holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, I will on, Wednesday, November 23, 2016, offer for sale and will sell within legal hours (between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.) at the West front door of the Lauderdale County Courthouse in Meridian, Lauderdale County, Mississippi, to the highest bidder in cash, at public outcry, the following described property located and being situated in the County of Lauderdale, State of Mississippi, to-wit: Commence at the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 32, T5N, R16E, Lauderdale County, Mississippi; thence North 657.55 feet to a point; thence East 464.98 feet to a point in the West right of way line of Devoe Road; thence South 41 degrees 13 minutes East 349.0 feet along the West right of way line of Devoe Road to a point, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described land; thence South 41 degrees 13 minutes East 105.0 feet along the West right of way line of Devoe Road to a point; thence South 38 degrees 00 minutes West 208.7 feet to a point; thence North 41 degrees 13 minutes West 105.0 feet to a point; thence North 38 degrees 00 minutes East 208.7 feet to the point of beginning; being part of the SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 32, T5N, R16E, Lauderdale County, Mississippi, and containing 0.49 acre. And including one 1996 Redman manufactured home, serial number 6583AB.
