STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF LAUDERDALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEEÕS SALE WHEREAS, on February 4, 2013, Roger Watson executed a Deed of Trust to Gary B. Jones, for the benefit of Sandol I. Weaver and Mary Elizabeth Ivy, which Deed of Trust is recorded in Book 2607 at page 75 of the Land Records of the Chancery Clerk of Lauderdale County, Mississippi; WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of a portion of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust having declared all of amount due and having requested this sale for the purpose of paying said indebtedness, NOW, THEREFORE, I, GARY B.
