TRUSTEEÕS NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on April 12, 2004, Linda L. Neese and Gerilyn Thead executed aÊ Deed of Trust to T. Harris Collier, III as Trustee for Trustmark National Bank as Lender/Beneficiary, which is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lauderdale County, MS, in Book 1996 at Page 434 with this re-recorded in Book 1998 at Page 294; WHEREAS, on February 12, 2016, Trustmark National Bank substituted James Eldred Renfroe as Trustee in the aforementioned deeds of trust with this recorded in Book 2799 at Page 1; WHEREAS, there being a default in the terms and conditions of the Deed of Trust and entire debt secured having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with its terms, Trustmark National Bank, the holder of the debt has requested the Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property pursuant to its terms in order to raise the sums due, with attorneyÕs and trusteeÕs fees, and expenses of sale; Ê NOW, THEREFORE, I, James Eldred Renfroe, Trustee for said Deed of Trust, will on April 20, 2016, offer for sale at public outcry, and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m., and 4:00 p.m.) at the west main front door of the Lauderdale County Courthouse in Meridian, MS, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Lauderdale County, MS, to-wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 5 of and according to the Mobile and Ohio Railroad CompanyÕs Survey of Section 6, Township 6, Range 16 East, Lauderdale County, Mississippi and run thence North 200.7 feet, thence East 100 feet, thence South 200.7 feet, thence West 100 feet to the Point of Beginning.
