STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF LAUDERDALE SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on July 26, 2011, Rosie C. Cole, executed a Deed of Trust dated July 21, 2011 to Thomas R. Hudson, Trustee for the use and benefit of BankPlus, which Deed of Trust is recorded in Deed of Trust Book 2505 at Page 50 et seq thereof, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lauderdale County, Mississippi, at Meridian, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust authorized the appointment and substitution of another Trustee in the place of the Trustee named in said Deed of Trust and BankPlus pursuant to said Deed of Trust, substituted John G. Compton as Trustee in the place of Thomas R.
