STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF LAUDERDALE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on the 21st day of June, 2006, Benjiman D. Brown and Lauri L. Brown, executed a Deed of Trust in favor of Don O. Rogers, III, Trustee, to secure an indebtedness therein described in favor of The Citizens National Bank of Meridian, which Deed of Trust is recorded in Book 2169 beginning at page 55 among the records in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lauderdale County, Mississippi; and, WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust and the holder of the Note and Deed of Trust has requested the undersigned Trustee so to do, I will, on the 14th day of June, 2016, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during legal hours, being between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., at the west door of the Lauderdale County Courthouse in Meridian, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following-described property lying and being situated in the City of Meridian, County of Lauderdale, State of Mississippi, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Lot 9 in Block 4 of and according to Magnolia Gardens as shown by a map of said Magnolia Gardens as found in Map Book 3 at Page 54 of and according to the land records in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lauderdale County, Mississippi.
